Shipping Policy

Order Production & Fulfilment:
All merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, our fulfilment partner. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–7 business days, after which they are dispatched for shipping.

Shipping Times:

• After fulfillment, shipping times vary by destination and shipping method:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–20 business days

  • USA/Canada: 3–20 business days

  • Other destinations: Vary, shown at checkout

• Express options may be available at checkout where supported.

Shipping Rates:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and set by Printful.

• Rates depend on the product, quantity, destination, and selected shipping option.

Delivery Estimates:
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, customs delays, or unforeseen carrier issues.
Orders cannot be considered lost until 5 business days after the latest estimated delivery date (per Printful policy).

Undeliverable/Returned Packages:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, Printful will hold it for 30 days. Please contact us to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

International Shipments:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by their country.
